Extension of time for filling the Questionnaire response in Review Investigation for continued imposition of Safeguard Duty on imports of “Solar Cells whether or not assembled in modules or panels” into India (Case No SG 01/2020)

Various interested parties have expressed their inability to file responses to Questionnaire within the timelines i.e. by 10/04/2020 due to imposition of Nationwide Complete Lockdown by Government of India. Based on the requests, the Designated Authority has granted extension of time i.e. by 30/04/2020 to file responses to the Questionnaire
