Facts of the present case – The present application was filed pursuant to increase in volume of subject imports at prices below the projected price of the domestic industry leading to price suppression and depression. Since both the product and the industry are at a nascent stage, dumping of subject goods has materially retarded the establishment of the domestic industry in India. The domestic industry will not be able to achieve its projected performance due to the presence of dumped imports in the country.
