Facts of the present case – Based on the information submitted by the domestic industry in the application, the Authority noted that there is prima facie evidence of dumping and consequential injury to the domestic industry on account of significant volume of imports from the subject country, price undercutting, and price depressing effect. There is also prime facie evidence of a causal link between them.
