The applicants have alleged that there is a need to re-determine dumping margin and injury margin for Dicastal Group as it is supplying the product under consideration at lower prices than that reported to the Customs. The applicants have further alleged that an importer has a compensatory arrangement with Dicastal Group which has made the export price unreliable.
