Designated Authority has initiated investigation based on an application filed by Association of Synthetic Fibre Industry, on behalf of the domestic producers namely, Mis. Reliance Industries Limited and Mis. Wellknown Polyesters Limited, in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, for Sunset Review anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of All Fully Drawn or Fully Oriented Yarn/ Spin Drawn Yarn/ Flat Yam of Polyester, originating in or exported from China PR and Thailand.
