M/s. IG Petrochemicals Limited, M/s. Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd. and M/s. SI Group India Pvt. Ltd., had filed before the Designated Authority an application in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time for sunset review of anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of “Phthalic Anhydride (PAN)”, originating in or exported from Japan and Russia.

The authority has initiated SSR investigation based on the application filed.
