Rahul Malsa is a Joint Partner at TPM and has been part of the firm’s International Trade Remedy practice for more than 9 years . He has worked successfully with clients across various sectors including Stainless Steel, Automotive Tyres/ Auto components, Chemicals, Synthetic/Manmade Yarns and Fabrics. He has represented clients in trade remedial investigations conducted in various jurisdictions in USA, Turkey and India. He is also one of the contributors in the Book “A handbook on Trade Remedial Measure, An Indian Perspective” published by LexisNexis.

Apart from trade remedies, he has experience of direct and indirect tax advisory, audit, finalization of accounts and ERP implementation.
