Rajesh Sharma is an Executive Partner at TPM and has been part of the firm’s International Trade Remedy practice since 2003. He has been practicing in the International Trade Law and involved in a number of cases handled by the TPM before various jurisdictions including India, US, European Union, Canada etc.

He has vast experience of handling the trade remedial matter before Tribunal (CESTAT), Various High Courts in India and Supreme Court of India. He has rich experience of drafting of Appeals, Writ petitions, Writ Appeals, Special Civil Petitions (SLPs) and Civil Appeals etc. 

He is regularly involved in briefings to various senior advocates while defending interest of the TPM Clients. He himself also argued a number of cases independently. 

Rajesh Sharma is a Law Graduate from Rajasthan University Jaipur – Rajasthan. Rajesh Sharma is a member of Supreme Court Bar Association. He is also one of the contributors in the Book “A handbook on Trade Remedial Measure, An Indian Perspective” published by LexisNexis.
