Facts of the present case: the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Ethylene Diamine (EDA) from China PR, European Union, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwanwas initiated vide notification dated 25^th March 2025. The applicant is the sole producer in India. The volume of imports from subject countries increased in absolute terms as well as in relative term. The subject imports are undercutting the prices of the applicant in the domestic industry and had a depressing effect on its price. As a result, the applicant has incurred severe losses, cash losses, negative PBIT, and negative return on capital employed.
