Facts of the present case – The present application was filed pursuant to the dumping of Melamine from China PR. The applicant is the sole producer of Melamine in India. The volume of imports from subject country sharply increased in absolute terms as well as in relative term. The subject imports have depressed the prices of the applicant. As a result, the applicant incurred financial losses, negative cash profit and negative PBIT.
