Facts of the present case – The anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of sublimation paper from China PR and Korea RP was initiated vide Notification No. 06/41/2025-DGTR, dated 27^th September 2025. The Authority prima facie found that there has been a significant increase in imports into India. The subject imports are undercutting the prices of the domestic industry and being sold below the cost of sales in the domestic market. This further adversely impacted the market share of the domestic industry. The increase in imports led to accumulation of inventories and decline in profitability of the domestic industry. As a result, the profits, cash profits, and return on capital employed of the domestic industry have deteriorated over the injury period.
