The Authority has recommended imposition of definitive countervailing duty equal to
the lesser of margin of subsidy and margin of injury for a period of five years,
from the date of notification to be issued in this regard by the Central Government, so
as to remove the injury to the domestic industry. Accordingly, definitive
countervailing duty as mentioned in Col No.7 of the duty table below is recommended
to be imposed from the date of notification to be issued in this regard by the Central
Government on all imports of the subject goods from the subject countries. The same
has been imposed vide Customs Notification No. 1/ 2020 (CVD)
