Extension of time for filing Exporter’s/Importer’s/ User’s Questionnaire response in sunset review of Anti-Dumping duty (ADD) imposed on imports of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) originating in or exported from Korea RP

The Designated Authority received request for granting additional time for filing Exporters’/Importers’/ Users’ Questionnaire response. The Authority considered requests received, and therefore have granted extension in filing response. All interested producers/exporters/importers have been advised to file response by 24/04/2020 by 5:00PM
