Facts of the present case – The present application was filed by the sole producer of FSP seeking redressal from dumping of Flexible Slabstock Polyol from China and Thailand. The applicant submitted that it was suffering material injury due to significant increase in the volume of subject imports in absolute and relative terms over the injury period. Further, the price of subject imports has declined significantly over the injury period leading to price undercutting, suppression and depression of the domestic prices. As a result, the applicant has incurred significant financial losses including cash losses, and negative return on investments.
