M/s Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited filed an application before the Designated Authority, on behalf of domestic industry, in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 as amended from time to time for Anti-dumping investigation on imports of “Natural Mica based Pearl Industrial Pigments excluding cosmetic grade” originating in or exported from China PR and United States of America.

The authority has initiated anti dumping investigation based on application filed by the applicant.
