Amit Sehgal is a Joint Partner at TPM and has a total industrial experience of 23 years. He has been exclusively engaged with TPM’s international trade advisory team for more than 9 years. He has earned a LL.B. degree from

University of Rajasthan. Amit specialises in trade remedy practise pertaining to anti-dumping, safeguards and countervailing duty investigations. He has assisted clients from various sectors including Aluminium, Capital Goods, Ceramic Industry Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Textiles. He has also represented clients in trade remedial investigations conducted in various jurisdictions in European Union, GCC, USA and Taiwan. Apart from trade remedies, he has experience of direct and indirect tax advisory, audit, finalization of accounts and ERP implementation. Amit has also contributed to the book “A handbook on Trade Remedial Measure, An Indian Perspective” published by LexisNexis
