Divya Nair is a Partner at TPM and has been part of the firm since 2011. Divya specialises in WTO and trade remedy laws pertaining to anti-dumping, safeguards and countervailing duty investigations. Divya has nine years of experience in dealing

with trade remedial laws and international trade. She has assisted clients from various industry sectors including steel, automobile, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals and chemicals. She is also engaged in litigation matters before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal and Delhi High Court. Her areas of expertise also includes representing clients in trade remedial matters conducted in various jurisdictions, including EU, Egypt, Indonesia etc. Divya is also one of the contributors in the Book “A handbook on Trade Remedial Measure, An Indian Perspective” published by LexisNexis. She has earned a B.A LLB (Hons) degree from Hidayatullah National Law University
