Namrita Raghuwanshi is a Joint Partner at TPM and has been part of the firm’s International Trade Remedy practice since June 2010.
Namrita has extensive experience in matters relating to trade-remedial laws and international trade. She has represented clients in several trade remedial investigations including Anti-dumping, Anti-subsidy and Safeguard investigations.
Namrita has worked successfully with clients across various sectors including Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fibres, Machinery, Metals, Electrical, Electronics and Consumer goods. Her areas of expertise include representing clients in trade remedial investigations conducted in various jurisdictions, including the United States, Brazil, Canada, EU, Korea, GCC and India. She is also engaged in litigation matters before the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal and Delhi High Court
Namrita has co-authored the Book “Guide to International Ant-Dumping Practice” published by Wolters Kluwer International. She is also one of the contributors in the Book “A handbook on Trade Remedial Measure, An Indian Perspective” published by LexisNexis.
Namrita has earned a B.A LLB (Hons) degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
