While the volume of imports from the subject country increased, the import prices declined steeply. As a result, the subject imports have been undercutting the prices of the domestic industry and have caused significant price suppression in the domestic market. Further, despite an increase in the production capacity of the domestic industry and the availability of sufficient demand in the country, the applicants were unable to achieve a commensurate increase in production and domestic sales. The performance of the domestic industry was adversely impacted due to dumped imports from the subject country.
