Facts of present case – The present application was filed for redressal of dumping of Welded Stainless-Steel Pipes and Tubes from Vietnam and Thailand. The evidence on record showed that the petitioning domestic producers are suffering material injury due to increase in volume of imports. Further, the Imports are undercutting the prices of such producers. The Authority has also noted that petitioning domestic producers are facing significantly underutilized capacity, low market share and decline in profits.
