Anti-dumping investigation into imports of Aniline from China PR (24 Jan) Customs Notifications

M/s Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited(hereinafter referred to
as “petitioner” or “applicant”) has filed an application before the Designated Authority
(herein referred to as the “Authority”) in accordance with Customs Tariff Act 1975 as
amended from time to time (herein referred to as the “Act”) and Customs Tariff
(Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped
Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (herein also referred to as the
“Rules”)for original Anti-Dumping investigation on imports of Aniline (hereinafter referred
to as or “product under consideration”or PUC or “subject goods”) originating in or
exported from China PR (hereinafter referred to as “ Subject country”) The Applicant has claimed that material injury and a threat of material injury to
the domestic industry is being caused due to dumped imports from China PR
and has requested for imposition of anti-dumping duty on the imports of the
subject goods originating in or exported from China PR.
