Facts of present case – The present application was filed for redressal of dumping and injury caused due to imports of IPA from China. The evidence submitted by the applicant shows that the domestic industry is suffering material injury due to increase in volume of imports in absolute and relative terms. Such imports were undercutting the prices of the domestic industry due to which the profitability as well as return on capital employed of the domestic industry has declined. Domestic industry has also suffered due to decline in capacity utilization and production and increase in inventories.
