M/s. Aabhas Spinners Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Arisudana Industries Ltd., M/s Jaanvi Spinners Pvt. Ltd., M/s Krishna Ganga Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd., M/s Shree Nagani Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd., M/s Surayalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd., M/s Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd. and M/s Suryauday Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd. jointly filed an application before the Designated Authority in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended time to time and Customs Tariff Rules 1995, as amended from time to time, for anti- dumping investigation concerning imports of “Polyester Yarn” from China, Indonesia, Nepal and Vietnam.

The Authority has initiated anti dumping investigation based on the application filed.
