Facts of the present case – The application was filed due to continued subsidisation of imports Atrazine Technical from China. The domestic industry submitted evidence which demonstrated that there is likelihood of continuation or recurrence of subsidization and consequent injury in view of the volume and market share of the subject imports, present decline in the performance of the domestic industry and the likely adverse impact of cessation of duty. In addition, the domestic industry also alleged additional programs and schemes that were not investigated in the original investigation.
