M/s Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited had filed an application, before the Designated Authority in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 for initiation of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Aniline from China PR.

The designated authority has recommended interim relief to the domestic industry pending completion of investigation.
