Facts of the present case: The application was filed pursuant to dumping of Azo Pigment from China PR. The domestic industry is suffering from material injury due to dumped imports, resulting in a significant decline in the profitability. Further, to maintain its market share, the domestic industry has scarified on its profitability resulting in decline in profits, cash profits, PBIT, and returns on investments.
